Printing time

Printed cards take 5–7 working days after you approve the design proof. In the peak wedding season it can take longer; if so, we will tell you before printing.

Delivery

We ship across India with trusted courier partners. Delivery usually takes 3–7 days after dispatch, depending on your location. Digital invitations are sent on WhatsApp and email within 24–48 hours.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Delays

Delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes or a wrong address are outside our control.

Opened or tampered packages

If the package looks opened, torn or tampered with, please do not accept it. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number right away.

Damaged or wrong items

• Report it within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp, with your order number, photos and, if possible, an unboxing video.
• If the damage or a printing mistake is ours, we reprint the cards free of charge. If a reprint isn't possible, we refund the affected cards.
• We are not responsible for mistakes that were in a proof you approved.

Returns

Printed and personalised items are made only for you, so they can't be returned.
